I must confess when I would use a makeup brush to set my face or put eyeshadow on, I was always left with an itching after effect or the brush hairs falling on my face. This happened to me almost every time I used a brush to apply product and I began thinking is it the way I’m using the brush or is it just bad quality?
I soon realized it was the brush and not me. Thankfully we have grown and moved on from bad quality brushes to vegan, cruelty-free and plant-based.
Morphe just launched their new “Vegan Pro Series” line of elevated makeup brushes ranging from $9-$20. They are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, are made with FSC certified wooden brushes and handles and vegan glue! They also released a liquid sponge and powder puff made of plant-based materials.
I can’t wait to get my hands on these products and try them out, especially the liquid sponge! We all hate to admit it, but we love products when they are vegan and cruelty-free!
