Many of you are teleworking… (yes I know, it’s hard.) If some of you have already lost the motivation, Bello Mag is here to give you some tips on how to motivate yourself: 

  1.         Work out: take care of yourself in these difficult times! There are plenty of ways to exercise at home. 
  1.         Stop nibbling, be careful, don’t spend your day eating cakes, chocolate! Go for fruits and vegetables. 
  1.         Maintain your usual routine: forget sleeping in and watching TV under the duvet. A day of teleworking is still a working day! 
  1.         Make yourself beautiful: no one works in pajamas, so get dressed! This will help motivate you and prepare you as if you were going to work.
  1.         Exclude your family for the day: don’t be interrupted by your children, your husband or even your cat. Establish rules so they allow you to work and keep on track!
