Calling all fashion lovers,
The first series of fashion called “Next in Fashion” is available today on Netflix. The competition is hosted by model, presenter and fashion’s OG it-girl, Alexa Chung, alongside Tan France, Queer Eye’s resident stylist for the ultimate fashion competition.
Netflix’s Next in Fashion has gathered stylist from all over the world : Unites States, China, Mexico, Britain, Scotland and Italy. Candidates have been in the fashion industry for a while, either working for major brands or dressing celebrities.
The serie is billed to be the first fashion show, 18 designers compete in 10 episodes in a competition based on the trends and design styles that influence what people wear around the world.
The winner will receive a $250,000 prize and an opportunity to debut their collection with luxury fashion retailer Net-a-Porter. Contestants through a series of challenges “centreing on a different trendor design style that has influenced the way the entire world dresses.” judging panel consisting of fashion’s biggest names has been assembled including Eva Chen, Monique Lhuillier, Elizabeth von der Goltz, Adriana Lima, Beth Ditto and Tommy Hilfiger…
