If 2020 has taught me anything, it’s to wear a mask. Secondly, it would be to look at the brighter side of things when times are tough and if we can find something to celebrate every day, then 2020 will go by quicker than it already has.

Luckily, today which happens to be a Friday also happens to be National Tequila Day with my close friends knowing tequila is my drink of choice. We were reminded of the day (which I will personally hold as a bank holiday) as we were introduced to LA ADELITA: a tequila brand that provides five truly exquisite expressions of tequilas, made by a collaboration of generational distillers and cult wine & spirit artisans. They have their usuals – blanco, reposado, and añejo, but also carry a black label and extra añejo!

It’s harvested and distilled from single estates located in the heart of the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. So we know it’s legit. Its name, La Adelita was chosen in honor of Adelita, the fearless woman who led the female fighters in the Mexican Revolution.
