The newly titled remix, “feeling this bad (v2),” shows Verdes’ knack to straddle the line of indie, hip-hop, pop, and dance genres, bringing together a unique melting pot of musical inspirations. Verdes continues to ride the success of his latest single “A-O-K,” which to date has amassed 100M+ total streams since its May release, and currently averaging 1M+ streams daily across all platforms. This week, “A-O-K” moved up to #70 on Billboard’s Hot 100 – gaining 13 spots from its #83 debut just two weeks prior. On TikTok, the track has been featured in 250K creations to date, ranked #8 on TikTok’s viral chart, and is currently #2 on their “Recommended Now” page. His debut album TV hit #5 on Spotify’s US Album chart, and #10 on their Global album debuts chart; #4 on Apple Music’s Top Pop Album chart; and #3 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.
Off the heels of Verdes’ debut live performance at Lollapalooza, where he mesmerized 35K+ festival goers into chanting his lyrics, he is now gearing up to support Quinn XCII + Chelsea Cutler’s full tour beginning late summer.
