Sparkling Pear Mocktail
A refreshing, bubbly drink with natural sweetness and herbal notes.
Ingredients:
2 oz pear juice (fresh or organic)
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup (or agave syrup)
2 oz sparkling water
Ice
Garnish: Pear slice & thyme sprig
Instructions: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in pear juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Stir well. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a pear slice and a thyme sprig.Optional: Add a splash of ginger beer for an extra kick!
OASIS ELIXIR

Ingredients:
4 oz hibiscus tea (karkade) – chilled
1 oz fresh orange juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz honey syrup
Sparkling water (to top)
Garnish: an orange peel and some mint.
Instructions: Shake all ingredients except sparkling water. Strain into a glass with ice and top with sparkling water, or your favorite sparkling fruity citrus drink.
