How have you been spending your time in quarantine?
I have actually been really enjoying my Quarantine. Spending time with my family, Painting, working out and singing.
As an artist, do you feel like this time in lockdown has boosted your creativity?
During lockdown my creativity has definitely boosted in many ways. I have been restricted though musically because I don’t have the equipment I need to record. Other than that I have been really into coloring, Painting, practicing my vocals, Learning new songs and writing of course.
Are you working on anything new?
Yes, I’m definitely working on lots coming up. After all this craziness I will be going back into the studio to work on two new EP’s. Going to ATL to do some performances and releasing new music for the next few months.
How does it feel to have recently released new content?
Oh, I love releasing new music. When releasing new music I love being able to express myself and relate with the people my age!
Where do you get most of your inspiration?
I get a lot of inspiration from artists like Rihanna. I love how she started her career in music and slowly has become this amazing entrepreneur. She has not only been successful in music but has so much going for herself.
What is your favorite piece of clothing you own?
My favorite piece of clothing I have currently is a sweat suit actually. It’s just simple black sweat pants and hoodie!!
As a woman, how do you overcome the challenges of body positivity?
I manage body positivity by accepting and appreciating the body that God gave me. I work out and take care of the one i have and don’t compare my body to others.
What would you advise up and coming singers?
I would encourage them to keep pushing and not give up. Having a team that believes in you is also very important. I can’t do what I love without them.
Describe yourself in 3 words.
Artistic, Outgoing, Loyal
What is the very first thing you will do when quarantine is over?
The first thing I will do out of quarantines is go to the gym and the studio!
