Our next Festival Isn’t Music to the Ears but Music to the Belly

Bello Mag knows three things: beauty, fashion and feeding the soul. While the latter comes in various ways, we know the importance of feeding the soul through food itself. Food and our favorite culinary delights bring together our favorite friends and socialites to make memories and spend time together. We already gather around the table with our favorite friends to eat, why not enjoy doing the same at an annual food & wine festival highlighting some of the top restaurants from the LA area?

From IMG, the Endeavor-owned global events leader behind Taste of London, Taste of Paris, Frieze, and New York Fashion Week: The Shows, comes Los Angeles Wine & Food Festival, a brand new event bringing outstanding chefs together to celebrate LA’s vibrant food, art and cultural scene. Taking place between March 1st through March 3rd, 2024 (7:30 pm – 10 pm on Friday and Saturday; 12:30 pm-3 pm on Sunday) at the Santa Monica Pier.

Doesn’t that sound more fun than trying to lock in a reservation at the latest TikTok famous restaurant?

Each day will feature walkaround tastings from a diverse group of beloved local restaurants like HolboxBeì UÌChifaCamphorPizzana, and Bridgetown Roti, to name a few, as well as top headlining talent.

In celebration of the girlies and females in our lives, the event is looking forward to highlighting female-owned restaurants in LA, thanks to official nonprofit partner Regarding Her (RE:Her), a national nonprofit dedicated to accelerating the growth of women entrepreneurs and leaders in food and beverage. Additionally, there will be a line-up of all female local DJs, DJ MillieDJ Orange Calderon, and DJs Mango + Ginger, creating a party-like atmosphere, as well as themed rooms throughout the space for attendees to explore.

One of the highlights we are most looking forward to is food artist, Ananas Ananas a food-art studio from Verónica Gonzalez and Elena Petrossian, a bar, and an irresistible supersized candy display. It will be in one of the highlighted Themed Tastings Rooms, the Sweets / Candy Room, a whimsical sweet shop that includes desserts. Other themed rooms include the Punk Rock Room Featuring local graffiti artist, John P, Santa Monica and Skate Park Room, Artist Plate Project.

Talents from the culinary world include Adam Perry Lang, Adam Richman, Alex Guarnaschelli, Alvin Cailan, Andrew Zimmern, Ben Ford, Claudette Zepeda, Duff Goldman, Geoffrey Zakarian, Jeff Mauro, Justin Pichetrungsi, Natalia Vallejo, Stephanie Izard and Timothy Hollingsworth.

We are sure to experience a great event that we hope to visit annually.
