On September 19th 2019, Palihouse’s Rooftop hosted the launch of Taffer’s Mixologist, a new line of craft cocktail mixers. It was an  evening of pure delight and amazing cocktails and bites. Renowned hospitality, nightclub and bar expert Jon Taffer is is the founder of this craft cocktail experience which you can take home and enjoy for any occasion! In collaboration with world-renowned mixologist Brian Van Flandern and co-founded along with Sean Kane (co-CEO), Jay McGraw (co-CEO) and Jennifer Pullen (CFO & COO) of Launched.LA, the fine-tuned mixes are inspired by the unique culture, recipes, and flair of modern mixology, turning consumers into ultimate hosts at home. The line of products is currently available in retail stores across the U.S., including Walmart.

Motivated by the craft cocktail renaissance and mixology movement, Taffer’s Mixologist provides the perfect blend of acidity, sweetness and savory using a precise ratio that can only be done with very fine and fresh ingredients. Taffer’s handcrafted mixes contain no artificial preservatives and are mixologist-tested and Jon Taffer approved. The initial line at launch includes the following popular cocktail mixes:Bloody Mary, Cosmopolitan, Margarita, Mojito, Piña Colada, Skinny Margarita, and Strawberry Margarita.

After assessing hundreds of variations of flavor profiles in collaboration with mixologist Van Flandern, they perfected a line of high-quality mixes that focuses on quality, value and taste.

Jon Taffer has also added a new line of hard seltzers to the Taffer’s brand called Taffer’s Mixologist Sparkling Craft Cocktails. The line of beverages will be available in seven elevated flavor profiles inspired by the popular flavors in modern mixology, including Cucumber Jalapeño, Pineapple Coconut, Strawberry Basil, Cherry Lime, California Lime, Grapefruit Moon, and Taffer’s Original (Elderflower). Each flavor has only 100 calories per 12 fluid ounce can, zero grams of added sugar, three grams of carbs, and 5% alc/vol. Taffer’s Mixologist Sparkling Craft Cocktails will initially rollout with flavors Cucumber Jalapeño, Pineapple Coconut and Strawberry Basil this month in retail stores in California, Florida, Nevada and Texas. The additional four flavors will be available in stores soon.
