This is the opportunity to show off those new heels and that stunning dress while you try your hand at the slots or the roulette table. Chat with them while nibbling on cheeses, olives, and other appetizers. Be sure to purchase a bottle or two to savor when you get home. You could even find one of the ‘wine trails’ to wander, stopping every few miles at another vineyard, laughing your way up the trail.
Cabin Fever
Being stuck at home can make the walls shrink in around you. Renting a vacation home for the week is a perfect way to enjoy time with your friends. Mountain cabins can be rustic or luxurious. Sink into a hot tub and watch the stars. Make your favorite meals in the well-appointed kitchens. Gather in front of the fire with a good book.
