The small island of Capri is perched on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean. The perfect setting chosen by Dior to install a pop-up store that embodies good life and luxury dolce vita.
In a décor of bamboo and cane, the French luxury house presents its new Dioriviera collection designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri. Marine tops, summer accessories and bags revisited in the Italian style with motifs inspired by the drawings of the artist Pietro Ruffo find here the ideal showcase.
Dior Maison’s objects are made of blue toile de Jouy in the Italian ceramic style, bayadère fabric on the cousins and parasols, and the same stripes on the beach cabins and showcases made for the occasion.
This pop-up store inaugurated on June 27th in the heart of the Capri Palace Jumeirah is accessible from the coast thanks to a dedicated boat. For the summer, it will be added to the brand’s “fixed” store on the island Via Camerelle. Two other ephemeral boutiques opened in Italy, in Forte dei Marmi in Tuscany on 13 June and in Cortina d’Ampezzo in Veneto on 1 July.
After inaugurating two pop-up stores on Mexico’s Riviera Maya last December, in Tulum and Cancun, Dior continues its world tour of exclusive and ephemeral collections. Always with elegance…
